Atro Labs (“we”, “us”) operates this website and the associated investor and project intake forms. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. By using this site or submitting a form, you accept the practices described here.
What we collect
- Information you submit through the access forms — name, email, organisation type, country, ticket size, AUM, investment thesis, project details, deck and website links.
- Basic technical data when you load the site — IP address, browser type, referring page, pages visited. We use this to diagnose issues and prevent abuse.
- Communications you initiate with us by email or scheduled call.
How we use it
- To review your submission, respond to it, and discuss potential allocation, advisory or partnership opportunities.
- To keep internal records of dealflow, members and counterparties.
- To comply with applicable legal, tax and anti-money-laundering obligations.
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it with third parties except with explicit consent, with service providers acting under our instructions (e.g. our email provider), or when required by law.
Legal basis
We process your information on the basis of legitimate interest in operating and growing a private investor syndicate, on the basis of your consent when you submit a form, and to comply with our legal obligations.
Retention
We keep submitted information for as long as necessary to evaluate the relationship and, where applicable, for the duration of legal record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the EU GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your information, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email support@atro-labs.com.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure — submissions travel over HTTPS and are stored in providers we believe are competent, but you assume the ordinary risks of internet communication.
