These Terms govern your use of the Atro Labs website (the “Site”) and any services offered through it. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Atro Labs is a private syndicate operated for and addressed to professional investors, accredited investors, qualified institutional investors, family offices and operators acting in a professional capacity. Nothing on this Site is intended for retail investors or members of the general public.

Nothing on the Site is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, token or financial instrument, nor a recommendation to take any investment decision. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts, save where mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
